Salon Policies

Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy

We do our best to run on time for all of our guests. If you are going to be late, please call us so we can adjust schedules if possible. Should you be more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule or modify your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. Gemelle has a 24-hour cancellation policy should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. A fee of 50% of the services booked will be charged when given less than 24 hours notice. No-show appointments will result in 100% total services charged. 

Service Re-do and Retail Policy

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within seven days of your visit, and we will be happy to correct the issue. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 20 days from your initial purchase.

Privacy Policy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods to browse from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, and communications), payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
